Joe Rozsa is the owner and president of KaLor Technology, bringing over 15 years of experience and expertise in e-commerce strategy and best practices to KaLor, with a passion for conversion rate optimization and search engine optimization developed over those years of e-commerce successes. Joe believes in doing things the right way and building long term business partnerships with clients, and uses the best practices that he recommends to clients on many of the KaLor owned e-commerce sites that we manage every day.
Joe has a vast network of valuable personal relationships with several engineers at IBM, Sun, Google, Microsoft and Yahoo which has helped him create a proprietary set of best practices that has generated dominating results for ourselves and our clients for many, many years. And we make sure sites are built the right way, ensuring that those results will stand the test of time. Because Joe has lived literally every possible aspect of the web for so many years, good and bad, he knows better than anyone how specific trends and strategies are likely to play out in the future.
Joe Rozsa has a passion and skill in strategic e-commerce planning, and has valuable experience in Agile e-commerce project management, leading e-comerce projects from the planning stages to launch to fulfillment and to major success. Because of Joe’s expertise in the web industry, he regularly speaks at technology conferences and seminars for e-commerce and search engine optimization, such as the Search Engine Strategies and SMX series, in addition to hosting many educational training seminars and even hosting our own local events and conferences here in Central Ohio. When starting out on his own, Joe founded a very successful local Columbus SEO firm, called SEO Columbus, for several years before expanding KaLor to cover his true passion, e-commerce as well as expanding beyond the local Columbus market – KaLor now has a presence in several states across the U.S. and across four continents.
Joe’s world outside of technology revolves around the ladies in his life, most notably his wife Kim, and the two sweetheart girls that he named the company after, daughters Kacie and Lauren (hence the name, KaLor). The Rozsa family resides in their Westerville, Ohio home and has made Central Ohio home since 1997. Joe’s family is the focal point of his life, and he emphasizes the same traits at KaLor every day that he uses to raise his family, including honesty, passion, perseverance, respect, and competitiveness, – while instilling a positive attitude that breeds and builds confidence and success in everyone around him.
