KaLor Helps in the Community with Tech Missions

KaLor Technology

One of the more special things that we do at KaLor Technology is tied into our interviewing process.  We are a group of independent contractors that work together on projects, and because we keep our costs low, we have to really make sure that the folks we work with are talented - and good people.

The way that we do this is by having prospects help us by volunteering their time on a tech mission.  We work with various charitable organizations and 501(c)(3) organizations that do not have budgets and dollars for the high quality web sites and fundraising sites that they need to be successful.  This is our little way to give back to the community, by donating our management and time to these organizations to provide free technical expertise.  Perhaps that means some graphic design for one organization, or maybe an entirely new website and search engine optimization for another.

We help these organizations put forth an outstanding internet presence at no cost to them, and we get to know the people that will be working with us on client projects before ever assigning them to the project. We get to know their skills, how well they work in a remote team, and how willing they are to donate their time to contribute to an organization that could use our help to make the world a better place.

It's a win for everyone, and is a great way for us in the business and tech world to give back what we can to help others.

If you know of a charitable organization that could use our technical expertise and assistance, please submit the contact form and provide us with information about the organization.  We will contact you that day to let you know of the approval process, our timeline and how quickly we may have folks available to work on the project.
